These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Serbinski Research Inc. ("SR Inc."). By engaging our qualitative research, program evaluation, or website development services, you agree to these terms.
SR Inc. offers customized qualitative and mixed-method research, program evaluation, survey design, data analysis, report writing, and website development. Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in written project agreements. Changes require mutual consent and may adjust fees or timelines.
Fees are outlined in project agreements. A 50% deposit is required to commence work, with the balance due upon final delivery. Invoices are payable within 30 days in Canadian dollars.
Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of all deliverables (reports, datasets, website files, designs) for your use.
SR Inc. treats all client information with strict confidentiality. Data is stored securely in Ontario, Canada, and shared only with your consent or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You agree to provide timely, accurate information and materials needed for project success. You are responsible for ensuring content complies with applicable laws.
Services are provided with care and expertise. SR Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed fees paid for the project.
Either party may terminate with 14 days' written notice. Deposits are non-refundable for work initiated. You will be invoiced for completed work, and final deliverables provided upon settlement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
We may update these terms. Continued engagement constitutes acceptance of changes.
